Policy and rules
1. Appointment Policies• Booking: Clients can book appointments online, by phone, or via email. A confirmation message will be sent once the booking is finalized.
• Cancellations & Rescheduling: Require at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling to avoid fees.
• No-Show Policy: If a client misses an appointment without notice, a full price of service will be charged or a deposit will be required for future bookings.
2.Pet Health & Safety Policy• Pets must be up to date on vaccinations with their Rabies vaccine. It is required by law. Certificate will be required for finalization of appointment
• Notify the salon of any medical conditions, allergies, or behavioral issues before the appointment.
• Aggressive pets may not be serviced for the safety of staff and the pet.
3. Grooming Policy• If your fur baby has tangles or mats and you don't want to shave all the fur off, we will need to de-mate all the tangles and mats before bathing. This takes extra time and cost.
• Clients must disclose if their pet has any history of biting or aggressive behavior.
• We reserve the right to stop services if the pet becomes too stressed or aggressive.
4. Payment Policy• We accept credit cards, cash, online payment, checks, Apple Pay , Zelle.
• Payment is required at the time of service unless prior arrangements are made.
5. Pricing Policy• Provide a base price for services, noting that the final cost may vary based on factors like Extra size, coat condition, or behavior.
6. Weather & Accessibility Policy• Grooming appointments may be rescheduled due to severe weather conditions or if the mobile unit cannot safely access the location.
• Clients must ensure there is adequate parking and access for the mobile grooming van.
7. Liability Policy• Acknowledge that while every precaution is taken to ensure the safety of pets, the salon is not liable for pre-existing conditions, injuries, or reactions to grooming products unless due to gross negligence.
8. Client Responsibility Policy• Clients must ensure their pet is clean of parasites like ticks and fleas before the appointment or face additional fees for treatment.
